Privacy Notice
This notice explains what happens to the personal data you give us when you contact Kilowattic or request a report. Kilowattic is a joint venture between RESET Media Group Ltd and Drive EV Vehicles and Transport Means E Trading L.L.C. RESET Media Group Ltd is the data controller.
What we collect
The contact form asks for your name, email address, company and a message. If you accept cookies, we also record the pages you visited before you submitted the form, through HubSpot's tracking code.
The report download form on our Our Offer page asks for your name, company and work email address, and whether you would like future editions.
Why we collect it
We use your details to answer your enquiry and to manage the partnership, dealer or investor conversation that follows. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
When you request a report, we use your details to email it to you. If you tick the box on that form, we also send you future editions and occasional updates. Every one of those emails carries a link to unsubscribe.
Where it goes
Submissions from both forms are stored in HubSpot, our customer relationship management system, and are seen by the Kilowattic team at RESET Media Group Ltd and Drive EV. HubSpot processes the data on our instructions. No other third party receives it.
Cookies
The consent banner controls HubSpot's tracking cookies. If you decline, the cookies are not set and the contact form still works. Your enquiry is then recorded without the browsing history that preceded it.
The report download form is served by HubSpot. Loading it sets a short-lived security cookie on HubSpot's own domain, which filters out automated traffic and does not track you.
Video
The video on our Our Offer page is hosted on YouTube. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play. When you do, the video plays in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, and YouTube, which is operated by Google, receives your IP address and may store data on your device under Google's own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. Where a commercial relationship starts, we keep the records for as long as that relationship runs and for six years afterwards.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will respond within one month.
